The property is secured with an electronic gate, ensuring privacy for guests. Guests can access all common areas, including the living room, fully equipped kitchen, and outdoor spaces. All bedrooms come with a lock and key for further privacy. We kindly ask guests to keep noise levels down after 10:00 pm.
Villa Black & White is managed by Playa Hermosa Vacation, with your Concierge Angie. We gladly offer you our concierge service during your stay with us and daily housecleaning.
